Growing Together: Mom and Daughter Workshop by

Thrive Empowerment Solutions and Choices for Sexual Health

This workshop is suitable for girls aged 9 to 13 years and a special adult in their lives – Mother, Aunt, Grandmother, Guardian, Friend or Caregiver!

Our evening will start with a PIZZA PARTY! We’ll bring the food, you bring the energy! We’ll get to know each other as a group while we enjoy some yummy treats and have some fun!

Next, Mothers and Daughters will each have some private time with your 2 facilitators, giving girls and Moms a chance to learn some tools to help strengthen your relationships independently. Topics will include self-esteem, communication, stress management and more.

Then Moms & girls come back together to practice what they’ve learned and enjoy some fun, interactive exercises & activities to honour and celebrate your relationship.

Finally, you’ll enjoy a fun craft together, so you can take home a special gift to continue your connection!

$65 per daughter and special adult.
